Insanity Baseball & Giveaway

Hi Crafters!  I was able to get two projects completed so I have one today and another one on Friday. YAY!  :)  Today's card was made for my sister.  She needed a thank you card for her daughters softball coach.  Their colors are red & black and their team name is Insanity.  Thought the cut was perfect for it.  Found out it is!  The tribal band look is on their team posters.  Had no idea.  lol  :)

The cut came from the Silhouette store and can be found HERE.

Something funny about today's giveaway.  I bought it because I love the design of the stamps and the dies that go w/ it.  A few weeks later I bought it again because I love the design of the stamps and the dies that go w/ it.  I forgot that I had previously bought it.  If you saw my post last week, goldfish brain.  lol  So you benefit from my terrible memory.

Hi Pam! My first paying job besides being a babysitter was as an usherette at the old Salt Palace. That's where the hockey games, circus, concerts, monster trucks, etc. used to go. It was a blast for a girl in high school! :)

Hope you're having so much fun!

My first job (besides baby sitting) was being a soda jerk! Don't know if it was strange or not; but, it was scary not having had any experience in having that much responsibility as a teenager. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

I can't say that I had any strange jobs, but my first paying job was babysitting. For an official first-paying job, I was a physical therapy assistant.

My first paying job was a sander in a furniture factory. I hated that job and can't believe I did it.

Hi Pam! Your project is great!!! Thanks for the chance to win! My first job was at a McDonalds, but there were so many kids there already that all I did for 3 months was sweep the parking lot and then the lobby. Over and over! Wierd, but hey, it paid!!

Love your card and what a fun coincidence that your motif matches their team poster!! I also got a laugh out of your buying the same stamps and dies twice!! Let me tell you, I've almost done that a time or too as well but usually catch myself in time.
The strangest job I had was when I was 13 and got hired by my neighbor to pick these horrible green tomato hornworm caterpillars off his plants. I got paid a nickel per caterpiller and had to drop them into a bucket. YUCK!! If you've ever seen green hormworms, you know that they are HUGE!

My first job was pet sitting for a friends family. I had to go over there twice a day and clean the cat litter boxes, feed the cats, and feed the fish. They also had a bunny that I took care of. Since I absolutely loved animals, this was a dream job for me, even though I only got $3.00 a day!

Oh, I am so visiting "gold fish brain-ville" with you and your mom! It usually makes me laugh, but sometimes it is a little scary. My favorite colors are dusty colors--oh wait, that was the other post. See what I mean?!
My first job was as a weekend telephone operator in the service department of a car dealership. I've never had any really wierd jobs, but I've had many jobs over the last several decades.

My strange job was catching chickens (this is done at night in the barns without lights. Thank you for giving us the chance to win this awesome (must be, since you bought it twice, haha) set! I've come close to doing it too.

Love the card and what you did with the ribbon!

I haven't really had any strange jobs so my first job was as a nurse's aide. My very first day we had a resident pass away and being 16 I was a little panic-y. I have always had jobs where I take care of people. Nursing homes and child care.
