This is a birthday card I made for my aunt. She is my best friend and I just couldn't get on w/o her. So I wanted her card to be extra special. A Sweet Card for Anything...
Since getting the Cindy Loo cartridge I've been wanting to make this owl. I really like the way it turned out. It is such a sweet card. I left a sentiment off so I can use it for a Thank You, Happy Birthday or a Just Because. Basically it is a card I can use for anything. Something that I did add to the image that wasn't included in the cut was the center white eyes. I left it w/o the white eyes but the eyes were so dark because of the colors I used it just looked a little off. So I took my 1/4" circle punch and punched out two circles and added it to the eyes.
Card Recipe:
Cricut Cartridge - Cindy Loo
Cuttlebug Folder - Seeing Spots
PTI - Dark Chocolate cardstock
PTI - Enchanted Evening cardstock and stitched ribbon
PTI - Ocean Tide cardstock
PTI - Stamping White cardstock
White Gelly Roll pen for the doodle dots

BOO!
Here is a card I made in two parts. Last Saturday I was at the Cricut Swarm in Utah. There was a lot going on and even though I practically brought my whole craft room I didn't make hardly anything. So at the swarm I put together the base card, the frame, designer paper and put the ribbon on. That's it. A few days later while I was trying to figure out how to finish off the card I remembered that I had an extra ghost and cauldron from when I made my tags. I used the extra ghost and the cauldron I cut down by hand to make the tombstone. I added the stitching and stamping.

Cloud 9 Design Seasonal designer paper
My Pink Stamper Spooky Puns stamp set
Peachy Keen Everday Character Face Assortment stamp set

Peachy Keen Challenge & Cricut Swarm
For the Peachy Keen Challenge that is going on right now we need to make a project that deals with the month of October and it can't be a card. Then for the Cricut swarm I'm going to on Saturday I need to make some Halloween tags so I decided to combine the two.
I also made the same tag w/ green and teal stickles:
I realized that I probably should have put some different colored paper behind so you can see the ghost better. I guess now he looks ghostly since you can barely see him. :)
Tag Recipe:
Paper Doll Dress Up Cricut cartridge - Ghost
Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge - Cauldron (I cut off the smoke and handle that were attached to the image)
Lime Green, Mermaid, and Burgandy Stickles
Peachy Keen Everyday Character Face Assortment
Inkadinkado Happy Halloween stamp (Got it at Michaels)
Black and White PTI cardstock
Black and White stitching
Random Black Ribbon

What's Brewin'?
