Stylist Christmas Card
I wanted to give a card to my hair stylist. I've been with her for years so just a little card to say thanks. These cuts came from the Girl's Makeup Party Project Cricut cartridge. Thought that they are perfect for the reason. To make it Christmasy I used Christmas colors. I have to say I am in love w/ the gold paper. It's from the DCWV The Christmas Combo stack. I wish I could get a ton of this gold paper but alas I only get 2 pages of it. :(
I hope that everyone has a safe and fabulous Christmas w/ your family.

Family Christmas Card
Hi Crafters! I wanted to share the card I made for my family and some friends. This is my "family" card. I made it with the Cricut Craft room. Using the Cricut Craft Room makes things SO much easier. I'll be filming sometime in the next week or two on how to do the layering w/ CCR. For this card I made my Christmas tree, then my Paper Doll (me) and the two dogs. I then dragged them on the background paper and printed. I didn't cut. I just used my paper trimmer to cut out the image to the size I needed. Since it was just a rectangle. :)
This is what my CCR screen looked like:
I then stamped a Peachy Keen Princess Faces stamp for my girl and added glitter pretty much all over. :)
I have one last Christmas card to share on Friday. It's the card I made for my hair lady. She is so fabulous.
Card Recipe:
Cricut Craft Room
Hello Kitty Cricut Cartridge - Tree 3.5", Merry Christmas .8"

Bubblegum Stripes Imagine cartridge - Green polka dot paper
Snow Angel Imagine cartridge - Snowflake designer paper
Peachy Keen Stamps Princess Faces stamp set

Simply Male B-day Card
Here is a simply birthday card that I made for my brother-in-law. He is into cars and Nascar so that was my inspiration for the card.
I made the car w/ the Cricut Craft Room. Layered all the layers and just made one cut instead of many layer cuts. I flood filled the car w/ a design from the Snapshot:Texture Imagine cartridge. I thought it looked really cool. The "road" is black crochet thread that I use. It's so much cheaper than twine. My birthday sentiment is from the My Pink Stampers Birthday Crazy stamp set.
Have a great weekend!

Episode 102: Make Your Own Gift Bags
Before we get to the gift bag project I just wanted to remind you of the challenge that Glora and I have going on over at Simply Crafts. You have a week left to create a project that has an image of a stocking on it. There is a fabulous giveaway w/ this challenge. We only have one submission so far so you have a high chance of winning the giveaway if you submit! :)
For my Creative Critterz Imaginations blog design team post I am sharing a couple of gift bags that I made w/ the Imagine. It's super simple and everything coordinates when you use the Imagine for it. :) I used designer paper, an icon and an image from the Snow Angel Imagine cartridge for this project. You can make this w/o the Imagine. Enjoy!
I made two different sizes. Here is the taller one scored w/ 2" (more details in the video).
Here is the smaller one scored w/ 3".
Here is a couple of pics w/ both of them in it so you can see the differences:

Baby Gift Bag
Hi crafters! One of my friends just had a baby boy and I wanted to get her a little something. I picked up a couple of blankets and a little doggie. I wanted a cute way to package it and decided to make a homemade gift bag and tag. There is a very simple way to make this bag. I learned how to make them from Bona. You can see the video HERE. I'll make a video of it soon.
The paper that I used from the bag is from the DCWV Baby Boy paper stack. The image on the front and the tag is from the Nursery Tails Imagine cartridge.
