Simply Male B-day Card

Here is a simply birthday card that I made for my brother-in-law.  He is into cars and Nascar so that was my inspiration for the card.

I made the car w/ the Cricut Craft Room.  Layered all the layers and just made one cut instead of many layer cuts.  I flood filled the car w/ a design from the Snapshot:Texture Imagine cartridge.  I thought it looked really cool.  The "road" is black crochet thread that I use. It's so much cheaper than twine.  My birthday sentiment is from the My Pink Stampers Birthday Crazy stamp set.

Episode 89: Halloween Treat Box

Happy Tuesday!  For my Creative Critterz Imaginations design team blog post we are to make a treat box.  I've been wanting to make the milk carton on the All Wrapped Up cartridge for a while and now I have a reason to.  :)  The pattern on the paper is from the Snapshot: Texture cartridge.  It really looks cool in person.  Everyone I've shown the box to feels the paper because they think it really has a texture on it.  :)  Enjoy!
