You're Out of this World Awesome!

Hi Crafters & Bakers! Today is the Cookie Card Challenge.  Woo Hoo! This is the time that I get to make a card based off of one of LilaLoa's cookies.  I love finding inspiration in different places for my cards and her cookies are fabulous inspiration.  Try it sometime!

I didn't want to make a valentines day card but I saw these cute V-Day cookies and I needed to use it for my inspiration.  So I flipped it to a birthday card.  The following are her cookies and you can find her post about them HERE.

The following is my card.  I have to say I love how it turned out.

I used my Cricut Explore for this card and it cuts fabulously, love the writing pen option (used it on the message), and easy to use software.

I added a bit of glitter.  lol  I also added a black gem for the eye.  Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to head on over to the LilaLoa blog to see her cookie that she made off of one of my paper projects.

Biking Along with a Birthday Theme

Hi Crafters! Today is a card I made my niece for her birthday. She loves this type of cruiser bike and got it for her birthday so I found it in the Silhouette store and had to make it. She is also on the swim team and they are The Penguins, hence the penguin in the basket. :)

This cut had a lot of pieces to it but it turned out so great!  She loved it.  :)

Thanks for stopping by!
