Fall Poster Board

Hi Crafters! I thought I had posted this already then checked and oops! :) This is a poster I made for a church activity.  The pumpkin and leaf cuts came from the Silhouette store and I used my Silhouette for it.  The poster size is 12" x 24".  The grass, sky, and frame paper is from the K&i Memories Classic Prints paper pad.  LOVE the colors!!!  Gorgeous.  I just LOVE Fall/Winter colors.  I lean more towards the darker colors.  I used my printer to print out the information on white cardstock.  The solid cardstock (pumpkins and leaves) is just random cardstock I had on hand.

Thanks for stopping by!

School Supplies!

Hi Bakers & Crafters!  It's the first Friday of the month which means it's time for the Cookie & Card challenge with Georganne and I.  :)  I LOVE this challenge.  I get to make one of her so CUTE cookies into a card and she makes one of my cards into a cookie.  Fun!

School is just started and I'm still in the mood for school and school supplies.  I LOVE school supplies. I don't have children but I sure stocked up on pens and notebooks this year.  Just for myself.  :)  I saw these adorable pencil cookies that Georganne made and so I chose to make them.  Love!  You can see more details about her project HERE.

Here is my take on the pencils:

I got this pencil cut from the Silhouette store.  You can see the cut HERE.  I've been trying to figure out  what I would use this card for.  I'm going to give it to my sister to use for Teacher's Appreciation Day, whenever that is.  :)

This is the inside of my card.  I had an extra pencil so I put it on the inside for extra decoration.

Be sure to head on over to Georganne's blog, LilaLoa, to see what she made of mine as well as check out her creations.  She's amazing!  Plus, she is hysterical.  You'll love her writing.

Episode 122: Funky Sundae

Hi Crafters!  It's the first Wednesday of the month which means it's Simply Crafts w/ Glora and Pam time!  :)  This months project we are using the ice cream sundae cut from the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge.  If you don't have this cartridge any ice cream cut will do.  Easy Peasy!  :)

This challenge came just in time because it was my nieces birthday this week.  She is 13 and loves funky designs and neon.  Ahhh...  the 80's are back in force w/ her.  :)  So I decided to make the ice cream sundae but funky it up by using different pattern paper for my ice cream.  She LOVED the skull ice cream scoop.  lol  This cut has only 1 ice cream scoop w/ the cut but I wanted bigger ice cream so I cut out the scoops 3 times in different papers.

There is a giveaway w/ this challenge so make sure you head on over HERE for the details.  You have until the 18th to submit your project.  :)
