It's that time again for Simply Crafts w/ Glora and Pam. Man this last month went by so fast! I can't even believe it's August already. Wow. Anywho... :) It was my turn to choose the cut this month. I was trying to find a cut to use for my niece who is turning 14 next week and came across this one. I thought it would work if I changed it up a bit. I didn't want to use the girl w/ the legs up in the air in a mini skirt so I enlarged the image to 8.5" and only used her shoulders and face. I really like the way it turned out. I think she will like it as well.
I used the My Pink Stampers Pink-a-licious stamp set for the sentiment. I also used a Peachy Keen Stamps chicken face stamp for her eye. Seriously! :) You can see more about that in the video:
Now be sure to head on over to Glora's blog to see her creation. She's just amazing! :)

FABULOUS, she is going to LOVE this card. I love that you made it to look like her. I also LOVE that you just cut out the top of her, that would have made things tons easier. Instead I kept adding layers onto my girls mini-skirt because I even like my paper cuts to be modest - LOL. Oh yes and the bird eye is PERFECT for her. Awesome idea. You are AMAZING! Hugs- Glora
This one is adorable, too. She looks like she's waiting for something special.
