Simple Monogram Cards

In the past month my brother has had two of his friends get married so he asked if I would make a wedding card for each of them.  Although he did give me some guidelines.  Well, one, which is 'Don't make it cutesy'.  LOL  Ah, I love boys, they crack me up.  So I decided to make a simple but elegant monogram card.  I used the monogram from the Tie the Knot Cricut cartridge.  It's my favorite monogram cut, especially for weddings.  The colors are also bright and not girly so I thought they might be OK.  I also used a striped Cuttlebug embossing folder for a contradicting look than the curly monogram.  My brother loved the cards.  Thought they were perfect.  :)  YAY!

Card Recipe:
Tie The Knot Cricut Cartridge - Cut at 3.5"
PTI - Enchanted Evening, Simply Chartreuse and Vintage Cream cardstock
Pajama Stripes Embossing folder

~ Thanks for Looking!

That's very nice. I didn't even realize Tie the Knot has a monogram feature. I better re-check that out. Love the card.
