Love Card

Happy Monday Crafters!  Today I'm continuing the Valentine's Day theme projects for the Creative Critterz Imagination blog.  I saw this cute love design on the B is for Boy cartridge.  It was a totally unexpected find on a boy cartridge.  :)  The O was originally on the design.  I just hid it and put a heart from the Designers Calendar in it's place.  The colors and the striped design paper are from the Buccaneer Imagine cartridge.  I love the dark color of red on this cartridge.  My fave!

Here is the front:

Here is the side view.  The cream layer w/ the word LOVE is popped up.  I then popped up the heart as well.

Here is the inside of the card.  I like to do layering on the inside as well to add an extra touch.  I also cut out a small heart for that extra cuteness.  :)

Thanks for stopping by!  I have a new project and challenge this Wednesday, be sure to stop by then.  :)

Episode 46: MPS Blog Hop - Prayer Chart

Today is the My Pink Stampers Pinkalicious Blog Hop!  Woo Hoo!  So much fun.  If you came from Sonia's blog you're in the right place.  If you started here and would like to start off at the beginning of the hop head on over to Robyn's blog.  The theme for this blog hop is Spring.  We can make a project that deals w/ Spring or use Spring colors.  I decided on Spring colors.

I had so much fun making this project.  I've had it in my head for a few weeks now but it's nothing like making it the day of the hop in a rush.  lol  I have just been so busy w/ work and school, but at least it's done!  :)

I wanted to create something that wasn't a card and so I came up with a magnetic prayer chart.  What gave me the idea is the stamp from the More Faithful Sayings stamp set.  It says 'A family that prays together, stays together.'  I wanted to create something that a child can be involved in.  So each day one of the kids can move the magnet from day to night to help the family remember to do their morning and evening family prayers.  I made this for a friend of mine.  Hope she likes it!  :)

OK, 5th times the charm on finally getting this video uploaded.  Sorry it took so long.

For this blog hop I am giving away the Happiest Moments stamp set from My Pink Stamper.  I love this stamp set.  It can be used all year long.  To win this stamp set please leave 1 comment on this post with a way to get a hold of you.  You do not have to be a follower to win the stamp set.  This giveaway will close on Monday March 14th, 10pm MST.  I will announce the winner on Tuesday the 15th.

I hope your having fun!  I know I am.  :)  Your next stop is Helen with Crafting Cricut Mom.  When you are finished with the hop be sure to head on back to Robyn's blog to join in on the challenge!

Missionary Card

Here is a card I made for my brother, the missionary. I used the tie cut on the Father's Day page within the Designers Calendar cartridge. Then I got a scrap of skin tone paper and glued it behind the cut so it looks like he is wearing it. I also hand cut out a pocket and name tag. This would make a great card for a business man or Father's day card.
